Our venue in North Melbourne is seeking an experienced floor staff member who loves pubs as much as we do.
Our pub is a community hub where the team and regulars are on a first name basis. We are a professional group who strive to deliver guests a warm and genuine hospitality experience.
The team are passionate about all thing's food and booze. In the kitchen we bake bread, roll pasta, butcher meat, and make cheese. Out front we have a focus on local craft beer, wine, and spirits.
We are looking foran experienced floor staff member who can embrace our culture and help drive the service standards.

What does the role entail?

Running a section of the restaurant
Provide our guests with a genuinehospitality experience
Possess in depth knowledge of products and enhance guest experience by sharing knowledge with them
Possess excellent communication skills
Be able to work well under pressure
Building relationships with regular and local clientele
Have and use initiative
