Position: Front of House Assistant
Location: 101 Main Street, Brisbane Queensland 4169
Hours: 2-3 hours on Saturdays
Compensation: Paid role + complimentary gym membership
About the Role: As the Front of House Assistant, you'll be responsible for ensuring our gym is welcoming, clean, and well-maintained.
You'll assist with member inquiries, provide gym tours, process payments, and address general concerns.
This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a gym setting, with the opportunity to shadow classes and personal training sessions to complete any practical hours if you are currently studying a Certificate III or IV in Fitness.
Key Responsibilities: Keep the gym clean, organized, and inviting for members.
Ensure bathroom supplies and other essentials are fully stocked.
Assist with member inquiries, gym tours, and processing payments.
Address general member concerns with a positive and helpful attitude.
