Eco-Farms, a leading distributor of Organic Produce (Fresh Fruit and Veggies) and Grocery lines in Australia, requires an outgoing, friendly, and service-oriented Fresh Produce Sales Territory Manager to join our sales team and help grow our business in NSW. In this role, you will work directly with prospects and customers to increase produce orders, provide customer service, establish beneficial relationships, and meet sales quotas.

Role / DutiesManage current customer base through frequent communicationsBe aware of the seasonality of fruit and veggies and be able to educate customersAnswer questions and provide high-quality service to existing and prospective customersTarget prospects and conduct cold calls or introduce strategies in order to continuously grow the customer baseCyclic visiting of customers throughout NSW & ACTRecover and develop lost customersWork to meet sales targets & KPI's Skills / Attributes2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably dealing with produce specificallyProven track record of closing deals and achieving sales successExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to establish and maintain professional relationshipsOutgoing attitude with a passion for top-notch customer serviceKeen attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate customer recordsExperience negotiating The role will be based in Homebush and out in store making calls to customers. Fresh Produce is an early morning business so early starts will be required.
