Currently, we have boutiques in Sydney, Melbourne and Gold Coast. We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Ambassador to join our team at Melbourne Russel Street boutique in Melbourne CBD. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Develop every sales opportunity that can ariseFollow all the sales & operations processes and requirements according to the Company policies and directionsPerform daily stock take and sales reportsRespect, support and work efficiently with everyone to create a dynamic teamSupport events, activities and change of visual merchandising with the marketing teamPromote CRM activitiesMaintain the best boutique conditions at all times (e.g. cleanliness, safety, security)Profile: Previous experience with minimum 2-3 years as Sales Ambassadors, track record in sales within a luxury retail environment preferredExperience with high jewelry and timepiece experience highly regardedResult driven and ability to work towards sales targetsClient centric and exceptional customer service skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, team player, positive thinker, creative and effectiveHigh integrity with good ethics and valuesA team player with a can-do attitudeThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a company with great culture, supportive team and management, offering unparalleled growth & development opportunities.
