Secure role within an expanding, results orientated Company Performance based incentives Opportunities for advancement The OpportunityUnique opportunity for an experienced Franchisee Recruitment Executive with a proven track record in sales to join our team. You will focus on multiple brands and be responsible for growing the number of franchisees across Australia and New Zealand while also managing the resale process for existing franchisees.With a very solid stream of franchise inquiries you will use your sales and negotiation skills to proactively recruit franchisees and assist with territory identification and business planning.Responsibilities includeIdentify and recruit new and existing franchisee partnersDevelop new initiatives for generating franchisee enquiry in collaboration with the Sales Marketing ManagerManage the advertising of site opportunities for new and existing storesNetwork and build relationships with franchise partnersManage communications with new and existing franchise partnersProvide reports as requested and ensure documents are completed in a timely mannerManage the franchisee enquiry database for multiple brands Work alongside the brand team to ensure all sales and marketing documentation is updatedProvide innovative thinking to ensure issues are resolved quickly to meet targetsAchieve targets for store growth in accordance with the budget Individual Attributes Previous franchise sales experience, retail business broking is advantageous but not essentialHigh Performance mindset with a strong belief in accountabilityExcellent communication skills with a positive solution focused, pro-active outlookSuperior negotiation skills and ability to interact effectively with franchiseesStrong customer focus and interpersonal skillsOwn vehicle and current drivers licenceA willingness to learn all aspects of the business and adapt to the current sale processAn understanding of franchising and the legal ramifications of a franchise agreement (or a willingness to learn)Strong presentation skillsDiscipline and determination The Company RFG is a leader in the Australian retail food franchising industry, encompassing a number of iconic brands with extensive operations globally.
