Fp&A Analyst

The PositionReporting to the CFO, you will lead the financial planning and analysis function for the business.
You will have the opportunity to support the broader finance team whilst also working closely with the operations teams as well.
You will be responsible for providing financial support across analysis, reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage the annual budget process for the Australian operationsManage periodic and ad hoc forecasting and re-forecastingBuild new and maintain financial models relating to preliminary screening of M&A opportunitiesProvide periodic and ad hoc financial analysis as required by stakeholdersCashflow analysis, forecasting and reportingAd hoc projects involving data/scenario analysis and modellingIdentify areas to streamline and improve group reportingAct as a strategic business partner supporting the businesses growth objectivesSkills and ExperienceCA/CPA or equivalent qualificationPrior experience in a similar FP&A management roleStrong communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesHigh level attention to detail, strong critical analysis capability and an ability to think strategicallyThe OrganisationSharp & Carter are proud to partner with this large organisation who are on a strong growth path, largely through organic growth & acquisitions.
