Grow in your career as a FOOD & BEVERAGE TEAM LEADER at The Westin Brisbane / Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane. As a team leader, you will be required to assist the Food & Beverage manager in daily operations in all the venues, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
Along with champion service excellence amongst the front-of-house team and work on the floor 100% of the time.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Responsible for coordinating the work of the Food and Beverage Attendants in an efficient manner, whilst maintaining quality and standards. Have a full knowledge of the Outlet operations and roles. Understand and supervise opening and closing procedures including a thorough knowledge of the Point of Sale and reservation system. Maintain reservation guidelines and procedures that will optimize restaurant seating during busy services. Ensure cleanliness of bar, tables, chairs, floor and general equipment. Assign staff to their stations and inform of any special request such as VIP guest or returning guests. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Be attentive in checking quality of food and beverage service and ensure all associates are adhering to the sequence of service.
