At Food & Beverage Grade 4 Load Rate, the full-time equivalent base salary will be $63,008.27 plus super of up to 17%. You'll be able to demonstrate knowledge of seamless event operations, including leading teams, problem solving, WHS, operating POS systems, and basic abilities in working with audio visual equipment. You'll be highly organised, collaborative, and committed to exemplary customer service.Completion of a relevant degree/diploma or at least 1-2 years' subsequent relevant work experienceCurrent Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role in a high-profile venue.Highly developed organisational and leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.High level of communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented focus.Sound understanding of workplace, health, and safety issues.High standard of personal grooming and hygiene.The successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre-employment checks, including: right to work in Australia.Work Rights:You must maintain unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment to apply.
