A few of your responsibilities: Supervise team members and assist the leadership team with any training and development needed for team membersMonitor the quality of food and beverage service to ensure high standards are always maintainedEnsure a high level of guest experience is always provided in the venues and is professional, hospitable, timely, effective, and efficientSet specific daily performance objectives for all team members and supervise the service flowMake recommendations to the Venue Manager that will assist in maximising revenue and minimise costs to meet company and division budgetsWhat we are looking for: Demonstrated supervisory experience in a similar role, managing large teams with confidence and effectivenessAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment while juggling multiple tasks seamlesslyHave 24/7 availability and adaptability to various scheduling needsExpertise in building rapport with a diverse range of guests, ensuring exceptional experiences for everyoneStrong understanding of industry regulations and compliance standardsAbout you: You bring a wealth of experience in Food & Beverage leadership, ideally from high-volume bars, restaurants, or hotels. Your leadership style is inspiring, and your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to connect effortlessly with guests and create memorable experiences. Energised by challenges, passionate about your work, and always eager to exceed expectations, you are a natural problem-solver committed to continuous learning and growth.
