Food and Beverage Attendant – The Star Gold Coast As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring that the first and last impression is enthusiastic and professional. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, reliable, and engaging to ensure that our guests receive optimum service every time.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will showcase our dedicated customer service throughout our outlets at The Star Gold Coast.
A few of your responsibilities: Take food and drink orders from patrons and provide recommendations if requiredEnsuring RSA standards are metMaintain knowledge of menu items to assist guestsMaintain cleanliness and organisation of the venueWhat are we looking for: Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment or customer service roleFlexible availability with weekends essentialCurrent QLD RSA Statement of AttainmentMost importantly you must have a passion for hospitality!About you: With your exceptional attention to detail and customer service skills, you will take pride in delivering an unforgettable experience for our guests.
