THE ROLE
We currently have a casual vacancy for Food & Beverage Attendant to join the team at our Woomera Village which is part of Woomera RAAF base starting immediately. This is a casual role working a minimum of 35 hours a week with all penalties applied in accordance to the Hospitality award - opportunity to become a permanent employee for the right candidate, accommodation is provided at no cost (this includes electricity and water bills)
KEY DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Provide a high level of Customer Service to incoming clientele
Taking food and beverage orders
Delivering meals
Clearing and resetting tables
Bar service
Clearing glasses and filling stock
Cash/eftpos handling
Retail Assistant
WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE?
RSA Certificate
Proven experience in providing a high level of customer service
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to work in a face paced and demanding work environment
Flexibility to work across three departments if required: including Bar, Café & General Store
Barista skills preferred but not essential, just the willingness to learn
Confident cash handling skills and processing financial (eftpos) transactions
Understanding of POS system advantage but not essential
