You will lead a dedicated team, oversee daily operations, and uphold the highest standards of service and quality. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise food and beverage staff, ensuring high standards of service and presentation.
Supervise variety of events from meeting, conferences, corporate golf days, weddings between 40-150 guests.
Manage daily operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor and maintain quality control of food and beverage offerings, ensuring consistency and excellence.
Handle member and guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new menus, promotions, and events.
1 X FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANT: You will be the heart of our dining operations, ensuring that every member and guest enjoys a seamless and delightful experience. You'll be responsible for providing excellent service, assisting with food and beverage orders, and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests.Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
Assist with setting up and clearing dining areas, maintaining cleanliness and organisation.
Handle member and guest inquiries and requests, resolving any issues with a positive attitude.
Support team members in various tasks to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory role, preferably in a hospitality or golf resort environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in food and beverage service.
