You will support the warehouse operations in the distribution centre and deliver key performance targets (SQCDSM) in safety, quality, productivity, volumes, cost, sustainability, and organizational morale. You will ensure our lean strategy is implemented and is fully effective, striving to build a high performing organization.
How you will contribute You will: Plan and release customer orders to PFL lanes and manual outfeedsAssignment of doors and loading docks for outbound shipmentsLiase with maintenance team to ensure PM tasks do not impact customer serviceIdentify automation system equipment issues and liaise with maintenance to rectifyIdentify and resolve SAP related issues, liaising with local and remote technical resourcesBalance and smooth inbound and outbound load for automation and loading docksMonitor the automation reject stations and coordinate the rectification of non-compliant palletsInvestigate line stoppages and rectify where minor intervention is requiredWhat you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
Strong operational & warehousing experience in FMCG industry with experience in SAP EWM5s, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts experience preferableExcellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environmentGood knowledge of automated warehousing operations2 years plus experience working in a similar roleMore about the role This is an onsite role with 5 days working from siteThe timings for afternoon shift will be 2pm – 10 pmNo Relocation support available
