Job summary:Flexible hours available2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role Tote Wine Bar is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Floor Supervisor to join our passionate front-of-house team. We're a vibrant and welcoming venue that values quality, community, and genuine hospitality.
About the Role:
As Floor Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily service, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for both guests and staff. You'll work closely with the Venue Manager and take the lead during service times.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee floor operations and service standards
Lead and support FOH team during shifts
Handle guest queries and ensure exceptional customer experiences
Liaise with kitchen and bar for seamless service coordination
Monitor reservations and walk-ins
Ensure compliance with RSA and safety standards
About You:
Previous hospitality supervisory experience (restaurant, bar, or wine bar preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
A genuine passion for hospitality and customer care
Ability to remain calm under pressure and lead by example
Must hold a valid RSA and have full Australian working rights
