Job Description Your new opportunity:
Key role to coordinate clear and attainable fleet sales project objectives, assist with building the project requirements and managing costs, time and quality constraints.
In this role you will:
Support the Fleet Project Manager to develop a detailed project management plan incorporating all project aspects and objectives. Liaise with the customer and support with the management of key stakeholder activities including the sourcing of products, management of subcontractors and delivery of final project documentation. Monitor project variables against the project management plan and the project performance baseline. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver required work packages and ensure that project timeframes are met. Support with managing the project budget. About you: Experience in sales coordination or project coordination roles. Demonstrated planning and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail. Excellent communication and relationship building skills, including the ability to maintain regular contact with customers and staff where required. Ability to apply appropriate problem-solving techniques to project related issues. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Project Management software and business operating systems.
