About the role: An exciting opportunity to be part of the Ampol Petroleum Distributors team in Kwinana. Reporting to the WA Fleet Supervisor, you will primarily be responsible for the day to day scheduling of the fleet operation, oversight of tanker truck R&M activities and lead a driver group across a multi depot region. Key responsibilities: Plan and Coordinate fleet movements Ensure fleet is operating efficiently and profitably Customer service & manage customer inventory Manage driver inductions, medicals and other administrative requirements Provide Operational information and directions to drivers Manage administrative aspects of tanker truck compliance activities Monitor HSSE processes and practices of the driver group Ensure that Ampol complies with all applicable laws and regulations About you: You are a team player with a positive attitude and can resolve complex issues on the go. You have high attention to detail and have demonstrated the ability to develop and engage internal and external stakeholder relationships. Key skills and experience: Previous Scheduling of a trucking fleet is highly desirable Understand the Perth metro and Southwest region Ability to work in a team and autonomously Understanding of West Australian fatigue management regulations Dangerous goods handling experience is desirable Flexibility to travel to Picton (using a company car) once a week We offer: Competitive total remuneration across base salary, a performance incentive, employee share offers, and a 25% discount on fuel for two privately used cars!
