As a Fleet Administrator based in Toowoomba, you'll play a key role in supporting our fleet operations. Reporting to the Fleet Team Leader, you will handle essential day-to-day administrative tasks.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Forecasting & Servicing: Plan and maintain accurate servicing schedules for our fleet. Repair Monitoring: Administer and monitor Fleet Repairs outside of Servicing. Compliance Support: Assist with maintaining compliance with NHVR regulations. Communication: Provide daily updates on maintenance and repairs to key team members. Support Depot Managers and staff: Offer assistance and support on all fleet-related matters. Record Maintenance: Manage computerised fleet records, ensuring compliance with Australian standards. Your skills and experience include:
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of vehicle maintenance and the transport industry is a plus. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Adobe PDF editing. Administrative Experience: Prior experience in administration is essential. Quick Learner: Ability to quickly grasp new operating systems. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and ability to manage multiple tasks. Team Player: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Problem Solver: Initiative and ability to tackle challenges effectively.
