At an exciting time to join Score's Site Services & Turnaround team, we are looking for a Flange Management Specialist who shares their passion and drive for excellence and success.
The Flange Management Specialist will be working with the Client to develop Flange Management work scopes and documentation, from initial planning phase through to execution and close out.
Works shall focus on flange management, torque, tension and machining requirements to Industry and Client Standards & Specifications, whilst maintaining the highest level of HSE and Quality compliance.
The position will be based in the Perth office, with the willingness and ability to travel to Client Sites or Offshore Facilities as required for project execution.
Main roles and responsibilities Flange Management Planning & Coordination Perform site surveys and reporting Provide Client Technical support Maintain Joint Integrity work packs Attend Project Meetings & Risk Assessments Coordinate on-site execution activities and provide technical support as required Participate in Continuous Improvement working groups Ensure compliance to Client & Industry standards Ensure adherence to Score and Client procedures Commitment to HSEQ excellence Upholding of Score Values, always Demonstrated knowledge of: Onsite flange machining and repair Precision measurement practices Tooling & Equipment selection Interpretation of engineering / process drawings Industry standards including ASME B16.5 / B16.47 and PCC-1 Resourcing planning and co-ordination Common software applications Qualifications and experience Current Trades qualification in Fitting & Machining / Relevant technical qualification in a similar mechanical discipline / Degree Qualified Flange Management Experience Minimum 2 years Oil & Gas industry experience Knowledge and skills Ability to liaise with multi-discipline peers to coordinate work efficiently Critical thinking and good analytical skills.
High Level of attention to detail Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering HSEQ excellence.
