Tools: Confidently work with CUBIT, Estimate One, and Procore to produce BOQs and complete comprehensive bid packages.
Responsibilities: Price preliminaries, develop methodologies, create programmes, and submit full bids while collaborating with a highly skilled team.
Salary: $140K–$180K, dependent on experience.

Experience: 5+ years post-graduate experience with a commercial builder in the NSW market.
Expertise: Strong understanding of local trade networks and commercial fitout/refurb pricing.
