First Nations Talent Acquisition Lead

Details of the offer

The opportunity
We're on the lookout for a First Nations Talent Acquisition Lead to join our People team on a permanent full-time basis.

In this role, you will focus on enhancing the recruitment of First Nations employees, in line with Bupa's First Nations Employment Strategy and Bupa's Stretch Reconciliation Action Plan. This is a hybrid role and will ideally be based in Sydney, but we are open to applicants who are outside this area (with some travel required).

Build and maintain relationships with external employment partners.
Lead and manage a small team
Serve as the point of contact for Hiring Managers and candidates for any employment and cultural queries.
Raise awareness and understanding of First Nations cultures within the organisation
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to generate support for the strategy
Engage with community leaders and organisations to support employment initiatives
