About the role


Reporting to the Financial Controller and a member of the Senior Finance Team, the key purpose of this role is to work intimately with lead teams and senior managers to deliver value and influence business outcomes within a complex business.
You will also:

Lead the financial planning and budgeting process.
Compile product and customer profitability reports.
Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
Promote safety and customer satisfaction as a core value.

About your experience

Bachelor's degree or higher in a finance or business-related field and be a member of CPA/CAANZ or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools. Knowledge of TM1 an added advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
