DescriptionAbout Wealthmed Established in 2011, Wealthmed is a financial planning practice with its own AFSL specialising in advice for medical, dental, and allied health professionals. We also have additional advice divisions servicing other professionals and retiree/pre-retiree clients.
We identify our client's financial needs and design strategies with our collective expertise to help our clients have the best life possible with the money they have while they are here. We know that the right financial guidance can set our clients up for life! We are a multi-disciplined firm with an in-house accounting practice, finance, and property professionals, all focused on providing a case-managed experience for our clients.
The Role You'll collaborate directly with clients regarding their wealth requirements. This position entails managing and cultivating an established client base, along with the chance to grow new client opportunities.
Role Requirements include: Understanding clients' immediate needs, long-term objectives, and level of comfort with risk.Conducting meetings/reviews with all clients and developing/adjusting the overall wealth strategy.Providing quality and trusted financial advice using our modelling.Ensuring accuracy and compliance of client files and advice documentation.Assisting in providing guidance and technical direction to paraplanners and implementation staff.You You're a people person with energy, passion, and drive, and the ability to handle multiple client files at once – although well supported, it is a busy role!
5-6 years' experience as a Financial Adviser.Be passionate about servicing clients and interested in an opportunity for the long term.FASEA approved qualifications.Strong compliance and technical knowledge around legislative and regulatory requirements to provide quality advice in the client's best interest.An ability to handle a large client book and be comfortable with multi-tasking.Strong sense of professionalism and a client-centric approach.Highly motivated with an ability to convert referrals to clients.Organisational and prioritisation skills.If you are interested in this opportunity and feel you could be a good fit, then we want to hear from you!
