Responsibilities: Regularly analyse Profit & Loss statements and investigate any significant variances.Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.Month-End reporting and variance analysis.Collaboration with property managers on month-end results, providing insights and suggestions for financial improvements.Prepare and monitor annual budgets.Review payroll.Inter-state travel to other properties and working with senior leadership.Lead a team of 6 people across the different properties.Skills and Qualifications: CA/CPA.5-8 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background preferably within the hospitality sector managing a team.Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.Comfortable working in an energised, team-oriented environment.Experience in collaborating with non-finance stakeholders, such as hotel managers and department heads.Unique benefits: Free breakfast and lunches.Reduced rates on stays for you and your family.Hybrid working structure after you are comfortable in the role.If you're ready to take on a leadership role where your financial expertise can shape the future of a growing hospitality business, apply now with Raelene from Ambition!
