Based in the Funds Management team, this newly created role will oversee an ASX REIT and include:
Co-ordination of the financial reporting timetableReview of fund financial statementsMonthly management reportingBusiness partnering with the wider team - investment/asset/fund managers and divisional headsFinancial insights presentations to senior managementOversight of tax compliance; Corporate Tax, GST, FBT, PAYG etcNew ERP implementation and process improvement projectsYou must be CA/CPA qualified with 8+ years experience including ASX REIT experience at Senior Finance Manager/Financial Controller level.
Excellent team leadership, strong influencing skills, a professional approach, and high level of motivation are all key.
