The role is based at their Picton office.This is a prominent position where you'll be part of a close-knit team, ensuring that clients feel, without a doubt, that they are in very good hands.The Implementation Officer will be assisting new and existing clients implement the recommendations made by their Financial Advisers.In this role you will:Action tasks that are established from a workflow which is created from recommendations made in our SOA by our advisers.Follow tasks triggered by Implementation workflows once a client has agreed to proceed with the recommendations made by our adviser.Liaise with each client and with third parties such as platform administration providers and insurance companies.Complete the implementation process in a timely and accurate manner.Prepare documents for signing by clients and also assist them execute those documents.Regularly follow up clients and third parties.Provide constant updates and feedback to the financial advisers you are supporting.Collaborate closely with financial advisers to translate client goals into actionable strategies and recommendations.Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.Conduct regular follow-ups with clients post-implementation to review progress and make necessary adjustments.Oversee Fee Disclosure Statements (FDS) processes in alignment with legislative requirements, and ongoing management of FDS/ annual review needs of client book.To succeed in this role, you will possess the following attributes:A polished presentation and superior communication skills (written and verbal).Knowledge of the administration and implementation requirements around the processing of superannuation, investment and insurance products.Minimum 2-year experience in a similar role within a financial services organisation.A strong attention to detail.Excellent organisational and follow-through skills.An ability to work without supervision and as part of a team.An ability to anticipate what is required of you and to work without supervision.Knowledge of the retail financial advice regulatory environment, and an understanding of the importance of working within that framework.Diploma or degree in Financial Services is advantageous but not essential.Why you should apply for this role:You'll be part of a friendly, close-knit team of hard-working professionals who love going to work each day.
