Financial Accountant - Financial Services (Permanent)

5 days/week in top-tier CBD office Collaborative team culture     Financial Services start up is looking to appoint an energetic and high-performing Financial Accountant  on a permanent basis 5 days/week  in their  Sydney head office.
Core work will include ; Ensure all month end journals are posted timely and accurately Ensure monthly reconciliations are completed and reconciling items are actioned timely and accurately Manage and deliver the monthly management report with commentary timely and accurately Tax Compliance (FBT, GST, BAS) AP/AR & Payroll  Lead the review and delivery of monthly profit and loss, balance sheet and Board packs in accordance to strict deadlines Ensure the business is compliant with all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements e.g.
ASIC, ASX reporting  Provide assistance for the Half year, Annual report and Audit      To be successful in this role, you will possess;     3+ years of financial accounting experience in Financial Services  CA/CPA Qualified Tax Compliance (eg.
BAS, GST, FBT) experience  Month-end close, Financial Statement preparation, Cashflow forecasting, AP/AR, Payroll experience   Ability to work independently Ability to effectively work with and influence non-finance stakeholders Full Australian working rights & fluent English skills    Please click on Apply.
