What you'll contribute to: We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Finance Officer to join the QAL Finance Team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Finance Officer is responsible for the day-to-day management of accounts receivables and accounts payable of the QAL group including invoicing of debt and collection and vendor invoice posting and statement reconciliation.
The Finance Officer will work in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistency and best practice is achieved and maintained across transactional activities, proactively driving the ongoing improvement of business practices and performance.
How will you make an impact? The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication and time management skills, and strong stakeholder relationship management ability. A strong understanding of financial concepts and reconciliations and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines will be highly valued.
Key deliverables/responsibilities include but are not limited to: Timely and accurate invoicing of debts within the Group in accordance with specific agreement or the published general aviation prices.Debt collection, in accordance with QAL's Debtors policy, debts of the Group. Escalate debt collection in accordance with QAL Group debtor policy.Processing of QAL invoices accurately and in a timely manner.Complete monthly reconciliation of vendor statements.What we offer you?
