Job Description About the Role As the Finance Officer you will be a vital member of the Finance team, playing an instrumental role in supporting both operations and the wider Finance Team. You will thrive as a positive contributor and influencer, with a desire to delve into the "why" behind the numbers. This role is your opportunity to lead, innovate, and ensure adherence to AACo's policies and processes. You will actively participate in Business Services projects and process improvement initiatives while fostering a culture of accountability and exceptional performance.
Key Responsibilities Facilitate weekly payment runs with accuracy and efficiency. Organise and maintain documentation for Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. Reconcile subledger and balance sheet accounts. Support month-end close processes and perform key control checks. Provide insights through reports on process integrity and master data. Address internal and external queries with professionalism. Contribute to finance-related initiatives to enhance team and organisational objectives. Desired Skills and Experience About You Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration; or 5+ years of equivalent experience. A keen eye for detail and a drive to improve processes. Excellent people skills and a cooperative approach to teamwork. Proven experience in a Business Services environment (offshore extended office experience preferred). Strong analytical and numerical skills. Excellent communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences. Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively. Familiarity with JDE (preferred). Apply Now to join the AACo Team!
