Finance Manager - Ssc / Payroll

The Company
Market leading multi-site services business is seeking a proven people manager to lead, develop and drive further growth, systems, financial control (IFRS) and payroll processes.
The business has exceeded financial performance in recent years, and with continued growth and investment, they are looking to build on their existing management structure and are looking to appoint a Finance Manager - Operations.
The Role
You will have a good broad finance background, - and be looking at areas to improve efficiency's, systems and control.
It is vital that the company has the right processes in place now for continued future development, and you will play a vital role in this area.
Reporting into the Group Controller, you will be responsible for all aspects of these key finance functions, and assess the strategy for KPIs across the teams, maintain relationships internally, with customers and banks alike.
The Candidate.
You will have a good understanding in process operational improvements, understanding and driving new improvements especially in payroll.
Being a leader of people is vitally important, as well as key supplier relationships.
With targeted further growth likely, driving IFRS / financial control criteria will also be part of your responsibility as well as assisting the Finance Controller in all sorts of other areas.
