Finance Manager – Psa

Permanent (subject to probation period of six months) Salary: $120,859 – $133,183 + super
The Public Service Association of NSW (PSA) is a State-registered employee organisation representing over 40,000 members in a diverse range of roles across the NSW public sector. We are looking for a Finance Manager who will be responsible for accounting, finance, and payroll functions in our small Accounts team led by our Chief Financial Officer.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIATertiary qualifications in Accounting and 3+ years relevant experienceExperience in month-end and general ledger plus balance sheet reconciliations and reportingSound knowledge of payroll processing and employee entitlementsExperience in identifying process efficiencies and implementing streamlined systemsDESIRABLE CRITERIACA or CPSA qualified or working towards theseKnowledge of accounting softwareExperience in assisting with annual audits and budgetsCommitment and understanding of Union principlesPlease send a brief CV and a statement addressing how you satisfy the selection criteria to ****** by 12 noon, Monday, 30 September 2024.
