Your tasks and responsibilitiesAs a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the financial operations of our client's organisation. Your strong management accounting background will be instrumental in driving strategic decision-making. You will take a hands-on approach, utilising your initiative and people skills to solve problems and manage a team. Your responsibilities will include leadership and mentoring of the finance team, providing management accounting expertise, preparing management accounts, offering insights to stakeholders, supporting audits, and enhancing financial systems.
Lead and mentor the finance teamProvide management accounting expertise and oversee financial reporting processesPrepare monthly and quarterly management accountsOffer insights and analyses to stakeholders, advising on budget re-forecasting and variance analysisSupport audits and ensure compliance with financial regulationsUse initiative and problem-solving skills to enhance financial systemsYour profile and experienceThe ideal candidate for this Finance Manager position brings a CPA qualification along with at least 4 years of experience in management accounting with a focus on leadership. You possess strong theoretical accounting knowledge and advanced Excel spreadsheeting skills. Your excellent problem-solving abilities coupled with outstanding communication skills will enable you to excel in this role.
