This role will closely collaborate with the Managing Director to drive business expansion, optimize costs, and enhance profitability. The successful candidate will supervise the accounting team and lead the implementation of an ERP system, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency across financial operations.Core Responsibilities for Finance Business PartnerFinancial Consultation & Strategy:Offer expert financial advice on potential business expansion opportunities.Analyze and present business performance insights to the Managing Director.Develop and implement strategies aimed at optimizing costs and boosting profitability.Performance Analysis:Conduct thorough analyses of financial performance, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.Prepare and present reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to aid in strategic decision-making.Develop initiatives for cost reduction and monitor their effectiveness to enhance profitability.Financial Reporting:Supervise the preparation of financial statements and reports.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.Support month-end and year-end closing processes.Collaboration & Communication:Maintain close collaboration with the Managing Director to provide financial insights and recommendations.Facilitate effective communication between the finance team and other departments.Participate in cross-functional meetings to support broader business initiatives.ERP Implementation:Lead a key role in the implementation of ERP systems.Ensure seamless integration by collaborating with IT and other departments.Train finance team members on the new ERP system and processes.Cost Optimization & Profitability:Continually analyze and identify improvement areas within cost structures.Initiate and monitor cost-saving measures.Deliver strategic insights to foster improved profitability through adept financial management.Finance Operations:Oversee the accounting team to ensure accuracy in bookkeeping, collections, and financial reporting.Confirm that finance operations align with organizational objectives.Manage the collections process to ensure timely receipt of payments.Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.Essential Skills and CompetenciesFinancial Analysis and ReportingStrategic Financial PlanningCost Management and OptimizationERP Systems and Financial TechnologiesRequired Qualifications for Finance Business PartnerBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in finance, emphasizing business partnering and financial analysis.Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) is preferred.Comprehensive understanding of financial principles, performance analysis, and reporting.Experience with ERP systems, particularly in implementation roles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with other financial software.Explore This Opportunity!Are you ready to lead and innovate in a rapidly evolving industry?
