About the Role
Growth and Transformation are two of AGL’s 3 strategic priorities. These are underpinned by the implementation of a new ERP, S/4HANA completed in FY19 and an ongoing continuous improvement program ensuring lean and scalable processes; and business expansion through acquisitions and new product offerings.
As the Finance Integration Lead, you will have responsibility of ensuring acquired businesses are successfully and seamlessly integrated into Finance. This includes ensuring that all Finance sub-workstreams such as Tax, Treasury, Reporting and Consolidation are well coordinated, dependencies are managed, and nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll also work across a broad range of Finance stakeholders to drive decisions and You will be hands on and engrained in the day to day details of the integration.
In your spare time, you will also support the broader Finance Transformation objectives, including designing and building metrics to measure benefits of the recent ERP implementation are established and being tracked, along with ensuring relevant actions are being taken to accelerate benefits realisation.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Develop the Finance Integration Plan for each acquired business, initially creating repeatable templates to ensure efficiency of future integrations
Monitor the execution of sub-workstreams within Finance
Deliver integration activities not covered by sub-workstreams, including driving decision making among key stakeholders
Communicate among key stakeholders to ensure no surprises
Generate relevant integration reporting on behalf of Finance to support whole of program reporting
Lead the benefits metrics establishment for the PT3 program (the recently completed ERP implementation)
Ensure metrics are baselined, and that regular monitoring is implemented across the business
Support other Finance Transformation initiatives as appropriate
To be successful, you’ll have:
CA/CPA or equivalent
Extensive experience across all Finance processes, including Procurement, AP, AR, Tax, Payroll, Consolidations, Management Reporting and Budgeting.
