About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team based in Melbourne and be the Primary Business Partner for a number of our key divisions. This role will focus on Partnering with the business, Reporting Quality, Data Architecture and leveraging Data, Reporting and Analytical Tools to generate insights for our business.
Key ResponsibilitiesBe the Primary Business Partner for a number of our Key Divisions
Gaining a deep knowledge and understanding of Finance’s Data Architecture
Utilising and promoting centralised finance reporting
Collecting and Organising Data and using key tools to derive insights from Data
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
Perform ad hoc analysis as directed by Finance Manager and CFO
Key Selection CriteriaStrong experience in a hands-on analytical / commercial business partner role
Technical proficiency in Business Intelligence reporting and analysis tools such as Qlik, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written presentation skills including the ability to communicate complex analytics and recommendations in a simple, logical, and succinct manner to senior management and non-finance professionals
Strong project management, leadership, analytical and problem solving skills
Familiar working within a matrix structure with the ability to juggle competing demands
Relevant tertiary qualification
CA/CPA qualification (or international equivalent)
