Job Title Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner for Reporting & Analytics to join our team. This role involves overseeing the timely delivery and presentation of client management reports, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and contributing to budget planning and forecasting.
Job Description Key Responsibilities: Ensure accurate completion of month-end journals, including accruals.Maintain the accuracy of the General Ledger - P&L and Balance Sheet, including IFRS 16 entries, reporting and Fixed Asset Register.Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and build the client's Annual Budget for Commercial Real Estate, Utilities, Facility Management, Minor Works, and Capital Expenditure.Conduct rolling forecasts, translating data into insightful commentary for leadership teams.Manage Expense and Revenue Participation reviews, Aged Debtors, and Aged Creditors.Actively participate with operational business partners to support their financial and operational KPIs.Chair and present at client meetings and build professional relationships to influence decisions.Deliver clear commercial analytics, including presentations to the client's executive team.Drive efficiency and productivity through standardized reporting and processes.Encourage knowledge sharing and solve complex client issues.Degree of Independence: This role will operate with a high degree of independence and require judgment that materially impacts the reported financial position. Support and guidance will be provided by the Finance Manager.
Key Competencies: Strong commercial approach with effective communication skills (written and verbal).Proven ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.Strong analytical background with a focus on improving business processes.Ability to handle tight deadlines and address problems in a changing environment.Key Behaviours & Skills: Alignment with C&W's values of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.Experienced Qualified Accountant (CPA/CIMA/CFA or CA).Knowledge of AASB16 Lease Accounting.Advanced Excel Modelling skills.Familiarity with JD Edwards, Power BI, and Anaplan systems is an advantage.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
