Job Description

Reporting to the Finance Director your role will involve:
Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions across various functions.Partner with operational teams to develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.Lead the preparation of financial reports, variance analysis, and performance tracking.Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, offering insights on financial risks and opportunities. The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate will be a commercially minded finance professional with strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills. You should have a proven track record in partnering with non-financial stakeholders, translating complex financial data into actionable insights, and driving business performance. With a collaborative and proactive approach, you will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, bringing both strategic thinking and attention to detail.
Qualified accountant (CA/CPA/CIMA) with strong experience in financial analysis and business partnering.Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and contribute to strategic decision-making.Proven experience in budget management, forecasting, and performance analysis.Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial information for operational teams.
