Your new company
Our client is affiliated with one of Australasia's largest mortgage aggregators.
They have experienced managers with a large pipeline of customers, as they are a rapidly growing business.
The client is committed to helping both customers and employees achieve their financial and lifestyle goals.
Their brokers are connected with a panel of over 30 lenders and thousands of loan products to make sure our customers find the right deal to suit their needs.
They specialise in rural loans, agricultural loans, home loans, investment loans, refinancing, commercial loans, first home buyers, mortgage, Asset Finance.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
End-to-end loan application processing from getting the loan ready for submission right through settlement.
Post-settlement activity management.
Liaising with Clients, Brokers, and Lenders to ensure that loans are approved as efficiently as possible.
Loan approval coordination with Clients, Brokers, Lenders, and Solicitors to ensure deadlines are met.
Work with a loan processor to exceed client outcomes.
Qualifications:
Extensive lending/broker/finance support experience, preferably from credit assessment, including exposure to finance applications, submissions, and settlements.
Self-motivated with a desire to exceed expectations.
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, delegate, and prioritise as appropriate, based on the situation.
A high degree of competency in computer and web applications.
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Very strong attention to detail.
Excellent ability to analyse financial data.
Ability to read and analyse bank statements.
Ability to complete all necessary compliance requirements on time.
Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
Business/Commerce/Finance degree or diploma will be highly regarded.
Salary Range: Base salary + monthly commissions based on performance.
Location: Albury, New South Wales, 2640, Australia.
Position Type: Permanent Full-Time.
