Key Responsibilities: Analyse financial performance and prepare detailed reports for managementAssist in budgeting and forecastingCreate and maintain financial modelsConduct variance analysis and identify trends and opportunitiesPartner and collaborate with cross functional teams to support strategic initiativesPresent findings and recommendations to senior leadershipQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance or AccountingCA/CPA QualifiedAt least 3 - 4 years of experience in management reporting and assisting with budgeting and forecastingStrong communication and proven experience with working with non-finance stakeholders and senior finance stakeholdersExperience with preparing or working with financial models not a must but would be highly regardedAdvanced Excel and Power BIStrong proficiency in large ERP system preferredExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills
