What will your typical day look like?
Based out of Sydney (or elsewhere subject to travel), you will be for responsible for overseeing and managing the Finance and Accounting services for clients.
This role involves ensuring efficient financial operations, providing strategic financial guidance, and enhancing the overall financial health of the organisation.
The Business Process Services (BPS) Senior Manager will lead a team of finance professionals in delivering Finance and Accounting services to our clients, while also overseeing service management to ensure client satisfaction and optimal performance.
You will work with a diverse range of complex private organisations, multinational organisations and listed companies on a wide range of finance related matters.
This includes overseeing day-to-day financial operations for multiple clients, including transactional finance and accounting, general ledger accounting, payroll and continuous improvement initiatives.
as well as ensuring accuracy and timeliness in client financial transactions and reporting.
Working as part of multi-disciplinary teams, you will solve diverse client problems ranging from transforming finance processes, controls & systems; to leading the delivery of ongoing Finance and Accounting Business Process Services in addition to acting as a virtual CFO.

Enough about us, let's talk about you.
You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:  Prior experience in industry in a finance and accounting role or management consulting firm within service delivery Proficiency in finance and accounting ERP, software and applications.
Degree qualified in Commerce and/or Business is highly regarded.
Minimum 6+ years of experience in a finance function or similar professional services role.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a range of clients.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
Proven leadership experience and willingness to help drive our growth.
Manage and coach a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support.
