Job Title: FIFO Franna Operators & Riggers/Dogmen – Immediate Start – 2:1 Roster

Pay Rate: $35.25 per hour + Penalties, LAFH & Meal Allowances
Roster: 2:1 (2 weeks on, 1 week off)
Working Hours: 11.5 hours per day

OSB Group is seeking Franna Operators and Riggers/Dogmen for FIFO opportunities on major mining projects in Western Australia. Join our growing team working on large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities: For Franna Operators: Safely operate Franna cranes for lifting, moving, and placing materials and equipment.Perform pre-lift checks and ensure equipment readiness.Communicate effectively with team members to ensure safe lifting operations.Follow safety protocols and site-specific procedures.For Riggers/Dogmen: Safely rig and move materials for lifting operations.Signal operators and guide loads during lifting and moving.Inspect and prepare equipment for use.Adhere to safety regulations and collaborate with the lifting team.Key Benefits: Hourly Rate: $35.25 per hour, with overtime penalties.Allowances: Living Away From Home (LAFH) & meal allowances.Roster: 2:1 roster with 11.5-hour working days.Ongoing Work: Long-term projects with opportunities for career progression.Requirements: Franna Operators: Experience operating Franna cranes in mining or construction.Riggers/Dogmen: Prior experience in rigging and dogging on mining sites.RIO Tinto Induction (preferred but not essential).Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.Valid work rights in Australia.Strong commitment to safety and excellent communication skills.If you're a qualified Franna Operator or Rigger/Dogman looking for an exciting FIFO opportunity with competitive pay and ongoing work, apply now!
