Roster Cycle: 5 days on / 2 days off / 7 days on / 7 days off
Annual Leave: Five weeks of annual leave per year

Murray Irrigation is a public company that maintains one of the largest water delivery systems in the country and provides irrigation water to over 2,200 farm businesses, landholdings, and environmental projects in excess of 750,000 square kilometres across the Southern Riverina in NSW.
We currently have a vacancy within our Infrastructure team to assist in the operation and maintenance of our water distribution infrastructure. Based out of our Deniliquin Depot, the successful candidate will be responsible for general in-field infrastructure maintenance as well as monitoring and recording from metering devices. This rostered position will also be, at times, on-call to assist in troubleshooting problem areas to ensure our commitment of ongoing delivery of water to our customers.
The Perfect Candidate You will have high regard for safety particularly as you will be working alone in isolated areas. You will have experience working autonomously and in a team environment making decisions and providing recommendations based on information you have available to you. You must have basic computer skills, experience with using electronic devices, a current manual licence, and the ability to swim. Experience and knowledge of the irrigation system and/or a mechanical or trades background would be an advantage.
