Field Support Officer

Our client, a multi-international tech company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Technician to join their team and support multiple sites in Qld and NT.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a critical infrastructure within a collaborative and supportive team environment. (Week days and day shifts only, 6:30am to 4pm).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L1-L2 technical support for end-users, resolving issues related to: Desktop and laptop computers Printers and peripherals Network connectivity Audiovisual equipment Microsoft Office Suite and other standard applications Telephony and Video conferencing tools Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates, hardware replacements, and system configuration. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, escalating to higher-tier support when necessary. Coordinate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Adhere to strict security protocols and guidelines. Requirements:
Proven experience in IT support, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in troubleshooting network connectivity issues. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical staff. Manual driver's license and on-site mining experience is highly preferred. What We Offer:
