Our East Coast team is growing, as a result, we have an opening for an energetic self-motivated technician to join our team.

A mechanical trade qualification is preferential however, if you are technically skilled and have some mine or site experience, we would love to hear from you.

Job Tasks of a Field Service Technician will include but are not limited to: Service and Maintenance of a range of equipment.
This will include participating in the Installation and Commissioning of a range of equipment.
Maintenance Response - Diagnose site issues and provide timely solutions for our customers at coal and metalliferous mine sites, power/ process plants and loadout facilities.
Work in compliance with Minprovise and clients' policies, procedures and be able to diagnose issues and provide detailed reports in-house and from site.
Travel is required locally, interstate or overseas countries to complete works.
Technical Sales, including quoting and tendering The applicant would have the following Attributes: A trade qualified Fitter or similar is preferred.
Be customer service focused and display a commitment to safe work practices.
Display a positive service focused attitude and demonstrate flexibility toward working autonomously and manage travel requirements.
Experience in the mining and energy industries.
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal with internal and external personnel, and able to operate within a teamwork environment.
Hold or be able to pass a current coal board medical is advantageous.
Have a competent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen and possess a current open Class C driver's license.
A valid Police Check is required, or the willingness to obtain one.
Benefits: Pay will be on an hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.
