Field Service Technician

The Role An exciting opportunity is available for a Field Service technician to join our growing team. This is a field-based role out of our Western Sydney or Melbourne office, and will include travel throughout NSW/VIC, and also across Australia and the Pacific as the needs arise. You will be responsible for everything service related, from phone and remote support, to onsite preventative maintenance, breakdowns and technical training. Over time you will be trained on our full range of equipment and software.
Duties Identify, analyse and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, networks and configurationInstallation and Training of wide format printers, cutting machines and softwareOn-Site Preventative Maintenance serviceProvide high level on-site technical support, along with phone and remote login supportMaintain service call data in company ERP softwareInterface with other service technicians to resolve customer issuesSome after-hours client support, discussions with overseas manufacturers, as requiredAbout You Whilst previous experience working with wide format printers, RIP software, Vinyl Cutters etc is a bonus, we are ready to consider anyone with a technical mind, an IT background, and who is passionate and excited about all things computerised and mechanical.
