About the Role Take the next step, start something BIG and enhance your career! We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Foreman to be based in our Darwin business centre. Reporting to the Service Manager, this permanent position will share an attractive 8 on 6 off roster. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead an established team, providing logistical support to the field service tradespeople and field service administration staff in the areas of safety, productivity, and quality.
As a Field Service Foreman, you will:
Manage customer engagement and meeting expectations to deliver high level, timely and cost-effective customer service.Lead and manage a remote team of qualified and experienced Field Service Fitters.Coordinate, plan and schedule the service and repair of the full range of CAT equipment.Provide diagnostic and technical support and troubleshoot solutions.Uphold Company policies and procedures, providing leadership to employees to improve performance through coaching and mentoring, conducting performance reviews and ensuring the team obtain all relevant licenses and tickets.Why Hastings Deering? Trade qualified with significant post-trade experience with CAT or heavy machinery and equipment.Proven and demonstrated experience in Field Services and mechanical diagnostic skills.Leadership and Supervisory experience with a proven ability to maximize productivity.Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal.Well-developed planning, time management and scheduling skills and a strong attention to detail.Proven computer skills with experience in AX highly regarded.To Apply: Hit the 'Apply Now' button.
