We are expanding and seeking a Field Sales Specialist for Guadalajara to help expand our reach and strengthen our relationships and who shares our passion for sustainability and innovation. What you'll do: Evaluating market opportunities and targeting key accounts. Developing bilateral sales strategies for our products. Benchmarking against competitors and market trends. Preparing and following up on call reports and client interactions. Creating and transmitting quotations. Engaging in strategic procurement activities. Coordinating all trade-related sales activities. Implementing consignee sales campaigns. Preparing monthly status reports to track progress. Representing Leschaco at fairs, exhibitions, and in relevant trade chambers. Your Profile What we're looking for: 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in Field Sales or Commercial roles within the freight forwarding or logistics industry in the Guadalajara Market. Advanced English proficiency (B1 or higher) non-negotiable. Seniority and market knowledge allow you to lead with confidence. Ability to quickly adapt to new challenges with a "plug and play" approach. Deliver results with minimal supervision or training. Deep understanding of the local market to strengthen Leschaco's position and grow our presence in the region. Thriving in dynamic environments and require minimal training to hit the ground running, ensuring a fast integration to the team. Comfortable with a Home office model, driven by results and track your success through KPIs including Volume, Turnover, and Gross Profit. Assertive communication, natural flair for negotiation and excel at persuading others. Solid understanding of multiproduct offerings, with FFWW being a strong advantage. Advanced English proficiency (B1 or higher) is essential due to daily interaction with foreign offices and customs brokers.
