You must be an exciting and dynamic senior retailer and manager who loves to lead & support their team from the front!
This incredible opportunity is open to candidates with a proven history in consultative style service.
You will be responsible for creating a sensational customer experience through your exceptional communication skills, as well as managing and coaching your team to do the same.
Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service.
Drive and motivate your team to achieve KPI's.
Manage stock effectively and maintain presentation standards.
Lead and develop the team, being the face of the business.
Stay highly organised with great attention to detail.
Exhibit strong communication skills.
Understand fits and fabrics to deliver honest advice.
