Our Veterinary Clinic located in Simpson is looking for dedicated and reliable Farm Services Support staff to work on a full time basis. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of farm products and consumables and experience in creating a welcoming environment through good customer service.
Key responsibilities of the position include:
Co-ordinate daily operations at the clinic in consultation with the Farm Services Team Leader.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
Maintain clinic routines and ensure the front desk and reception area remains clean and tidy.
Manage stock levels in consultation with the Inventory Manager to ensure they meet weekly clinic needs without excess ordering or loss due to product expiry.
Monitor the company’s online ordering system, processing client’s requests for products and consumables via EzyVet ready for Farm Services to pick and pack at the sites.
Collate requested over the counter products and consumables for collection/delivery to clients.
Assist veterinarians with inputting Animal Health Plan (AHP) data onto client records on the EzyVet system to support the improvement of animal welfare.
Follow up with clients regarding planned AHP preventative health measures in consultation with veterinarians.
Follow up unapproved invoices for assigned veterinarians/technicians and assist with job sheet entry for end of month financial preparation.
Provide a regular monthly report to vets when RVM scripts are due to expire in the coming month to maintain a proactive approach.
Printing of RVM labels.
Redirecting communication received vi********** appropriately.
Maintain Dairy Data records, including data entry and creating reports for the relevant veterinarian and client.
Recommend improvements to processes for improved company efficiency.
Maintain and review customer files and records on EzyVet so that they remain accurate and easily accessible by clinical staff.
Communicate with customers, employees and other individuals to answer questions.
