Provide multifaceted support to Faculty operations Develop a good working knowledge of University policy, procedures and administrative systems Be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment The role Continuing, Full time Level 5 - $79,610 to $86,913 pa (plus 17% superannuation) Wagga Wagga As a Faculty Operations Officer, you will take an active role in supporting Faculty operations by providing administrative support in areas relating to finance, human resources and some student related matters.
This position will particularly support Senior Research staff in the Faculty with diary and inbox management, event organisation and finance.
The position will also support the administration of student academic misconduct and grievance processes.
This position would ideally suit an individual who has proven experience working in a busy environment and the ability to be flexible and adaptable.
You will be an excellent team player, be proactive and be willing to assist others to support Faculty needs.
