We are seeking a Factory Manager to oversee processing operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency in a state-of-the-art facility.
As a key member of the leadership team, the Factory Manager will report directly to the CEO.
This role is responsible for managing processing operations, leading a skilled management team across Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Production, Maintenance, and Health & Safety.
You'll foster a values-driven culture, mentor your team, and address key operational challenges while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
This influential position requires oversight of major capital investment projects, establishing and managing performance indicators, and ensuring operational readiness for future growth.
The Factory Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders and engage with key customers on a range of commercial, quality, and supply chain matters.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in the food or food packaging manufacturing, ideally with a short shelf-life category, with proven senior management experience.
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards is essential, alongside demonstrated expertise in cost management, strategic planning, and continuous improvement.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills are critical, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals.
